Alicia Linquist, LISW-S
Hi, I’m Alicia, the founder and owner of Oakheart Connections. I’m fully licensed in Ohio and Massachusetts, offering in-person therapy at our Dayton office and virtual therapy to clients across both states.
I work with kids, teens, and adults who are experiencing trauma, grief, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. I’m an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant, and I use evidence-based approaches to help you move through painful life experiences and rediscover your resilience.
I’m especially passionate about making therapy inclusive and accessible for everyone. I am deeply committed to serving underprivileged and marginalized communities, including individuals of all cultures, races, and backgrounds, as well as members of the LGBTQIA+ community. At Oakheart, you’ll find a space where your story is honored and your healing journey is respected.
My approach is warm and collaborative. My goal is to help you feel safe, seen, and empowered as we navigate life’s challenges together. When I created Oakheart, I envisioned a practice where growth and connection could flourish—and I’m grateful to walk alongside you as you take the next steps in your healing.

Diana Gonzales Pow Sang, LISW-S
Hi, I’m Diana, a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory designation. I earned my Master’s degree from The Ohio State University and bring over a decade of experience working in mental health and addiction services.
Originally from Ica, Peru, I now call Dayton, Ohio home. I currently serve as the Substance Use Disorder Program Manager at Rocking Horse Community Health Center and have previously worked with Naphcare, Inc., at the Montgomery County Jail, and at Nova Behavioral Health. These experiences have shaped my deep passion for supporting individuals as they work through life’s challenges.
I support children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, substance use, domestic violence, grief, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and also integrate CBT, ACT, DBT, and somatic approaches into my work. My approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I specialize in working with individuals navigating mental health concerns and substance use, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering space where healing and growth can happen. My greatest joy as a therapist is walking alongside clients as they discover their strengths and become the best versions of themselves.
I have also begun providing immigration assessments as part of my clinical work, including evaluations for asylum, hardship waivers, cancellation of removal, VAWA, spousal cases, U visas, and T visas.
Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, listening to music in Spanish, going to the gym, cooking, and connecting with my family back in Peru.

Virtual ONLY
I offer therapy for those who are craving something deeper than just talk. My work supports clients who are ready to move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful healing through mind, body, and spirit integration.
Whether you're feeling stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward, I create a space where you can slow down, tune into your inner wisdom, and explore the deeper patterns that shape your life and relationships. My approach blends traditional therapy with EMDR, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, and somatic practices, allowing for transformation that honors the whole self.
I welcome adults from all backgrounds who are open to exploring alternative and holistic approaches to healing. This may include trauma, self-worth challenges, life transitions, relationship patterns, or a desire for greater alignment, authenticity, and inner clarity.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing unfolds when you are met with presence, compassion, and space to reconnect with your body, intuition, and deeper truth. The power to heal is already within you — my role is to help you access it.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Kent State University.

Brianna Geoffrion, LMHC (Virtual Only, Massachusetts)
Hi! I’m Brianna, a queer Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Massachusetts passionate about providing inclusive and accessible mental health care to people of all ages through a laid-back, affirming, and collaborative approach as well as an intersectional lense, recognizing how our identities, culture, and the world around us work together to impact our mental health.
I work with individuals who have experiences with complex trauma, anxiety + depression, obsessions/compulsions, neurodivergence, and those who who are part of various minority groups. I do this mainly through the therapeutic relationship which research shows to be the biggest predictor of therapeutic growth. This means I show up to each session as my authentic self, creating a space that feels human, non-judgmental, and safe enough for you to show up as your authentic self, too.
More specific modalities I pull from include Acceptance and Committment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach as everybody's experience is unique. I work hard to ensure things feel right for you, not everybody else.
Ultimately, my main goal is to provide the space for you to heal, and I do that best through bringing my authentic self into the therapeutic relationship to foster variying degrees of growth.
